Extended-length cabins (2,400 mm+) for stretcher and patient-bed transit, silent-running door operators, NFPA-compliant emergency operation, and redundant power options. Standard on healthcare projects from clinics through major hospital systems.

Car elevators (parking lifts)

Vehicle elevators for residential basements, hotel valet parking, and luxury showroom display. Heavy-load configurations with vehicle-rated flooring, wide door openings, and weather sealing for exterior installations.

Dumbwaiters

Small-payload service lifts for restaurants, hotel kitchens, and document handling. Capacities from 50 to 300 kg. Quiet operation, compact shaft, easy installation in renovated buildings.

Platform & accessibility lifts

Wheelchair platform lifts for buildings where a full passenger elevator isn't practical. Low-rise configurations with full safety envelope per EN 81-41.

Stage & performance lifts

Performance-venue stage lifts, orchestra-pit lifts, and back-of-house theatre handling. Bespoke configurations against the venue's technical brief.

Process for bespoke configurations.

  1. Technical brief. Share the load, environment, frequency of use, and code constraints.
  2. Engineering review. A senior engineer specifies the right configuration and confirms feasibility within 5 working days.
  3. Custom proposal. Detailed BoQ, specification, drawings, and fixed pricing.
  4. Manufacture & install. Lead times vary by configuration; confirmed in writing within proposal.
  5. Lifecycle service. Bespoke configurations are eligible for our Full-Service AMC tier.

Yes. Residential car elevators are an increasingly common request for luxury villas with collector-vehicle requirements or underground parking access. We deliver these as part of our villa solutions vertical with full code compliance.

Hospital bed and service elevators require NFPA-compliant emergency operation, redundant power, and extended-length cabin configurations. We deliver these to full code with the documentation needed for healthcare project approvals.

Yes — dumbwaiters above 50 kg capacity typically require submittal under the same Civil Defence regime as passenger elevators in most GCC jurisdictions. We handle the submittal as part of the supply.

Highly variable. Standard hospital bed elevators and dumbwaiters: 12–16 weeks. Car elevators: 16–20 weeks. Fully bespoke (stage lifts, observation, museum): 20–28 weeks. Lead time is confirmed in the proposal.
