Commercial (semi-public)

Office lobbies, mid-traffic retail, hotel and conference circulation. Continuous-duty drive, standard step structure, standard handrail.

Public

Shopping malls, large retail anchors, public buildings. Heavy-duty drive, reinforced step structure, anti-slip step grooves, comb-plate safety sensors.

Heavy-duty public

Transit hubs, airports, metro stations, stadium concourses. Industrial-grade continuous-duty drive, public-traffic-rated step structure, full safety sensor envelope, optional handrail UV sterilisation.

Public escalators in the Gulf face a unique combination of conditions: long operating hours (often 16+ hours/day in malls), high ambient temperatures, dust ingress, and humidity swings between conditioned and external environments. AuroLift escalators are configured against these realities with sealed bearings, climate-rated drives, dust-tolerant step structure, and weather-protected exterior options for outdoor applications.

Process.

  1. Brief. Share project type, expected daily traffic, rise height, and finish brief.
  2. Proposal. Detailed specification with finish options and fixed pricing within 5–10 working days.
  3. Submittal. Civil Defence and code submittal pack prepared in parallel with manufacturing.
  4. Installation & commissioning. Specialized escalator install crews. Pre-handover load and safety tests fully documented.
  5. Service. Public-traffic AMC begins at handover with monthly inspection cycles.
